TLE provides multi-division services including branding and creative, technology solutions, coaching, entertainment, lifestyle, cleaning, and related business support. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in proposals, statements of work, or service agreements.
You agree to provide accurate information, respond in a timely manner, and use our services in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for obtaining any required rights or permissions for materials you supply to us.
Fees are due as stated in the applicable agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Work may pause for late or missing payments. Unless prohibited by law, all fees paid are non-refundable once services have been provided or deliverables initiated.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, TLE retains ownership of pre-existing materials, tools, and methodologies. Upon full payment, client receives the rights specified in the agreement to the final deliverables. You represent and warrant that any content you provide does not infringe on third-party rights.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information disclosed during the engagement confidential and to use it only for purposes of performing under the applicable agreement.
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may use or link to third-party tools and services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TLE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the services.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TLE and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to services at any time for any reason, including for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
